This flavor was inspired by the caramel apple stands ubiquitous at Fall fairs in New England. While it may be reminiscent of the caramel apples of childhood, there’s a sophisticated twist. A sour green apple ice cream with a swirl of Irish Whiskey Caramel. I think this pint is spoon only; no dish required!
